Les Tablées de Vic

Les Tablées de Vic is a popular gastronomic festival held every year in Vic-en-Bigorre, in the Hautes-Pyrénées. The event aims to make haute cuisine accessible to all by bringing together top chefs and local producers.

For four days, the town's emblematic hall is transformed into a place for sharing and conviviality, hosting live culinary demonstrations, tastings of refined dishes and festive entertainment such as concerts, bandas and DJ sets.

For its 8ᵉ edition, the Les Tablées de Vic gastronomic festival aimed to reach a new milestone by professionalizing its image and strengthening its reputation. Welcoming Michelin-starred chefs for the first time marked a decisive step in the development of the festival and its positioning within the culinary landscape of the South-West. To support this move upmarket, a more structured, coherent and effective communication strategy was essential.
